Tender Loving Baskets began the way most good things begin: as a side hustle at a kitchen table.
Two people started making personalized baskets for friends — birthdays, anniversaries, things of that nature. Not the kind you order from a catalog, where the same eleven items show up regardless of who you are. Real ones. Baskets that knew something about the person receiving them.
Word got around, as it does. And for a while, that was the whole company: a table, a roll of ribbon, and a standard nobody had written down but everybody understood.
We have grown since then. We have a website now, which you are looking at. But the standard has not moved. Every basket that leaves here is one somebody would have been glad to receive at that kitchen table.

We are often asked about our fulfillment process. We are happy to be transparent about it.
Terry receives your order, selects the basket, assembles the contents, ties the ribbon, and takes it to the post office. Terry is not an algorithm. Terry does not route your inquiry to a queue. If you email us with a question about your order, Terry reads the email and then answers it, usually the same day.
We do not have an underwriter. We have Terry.
